Open Question: Two Keyboards and two mouses on one screen.?

I have the purple and green PS/2 ports for a keyboard and mouse at the back of my computer tower. I also have a usb mouse and keyboard. Is there a way where one person can control the PS/2 ports, and the other with the a Usb keyboard/mouse? Kind of like assigning them to controllers.
